I’ve been trying to help a friend who spent $8k on a 1 year salesforce subscription and has been getting the runaround.
We are trying to set it up for 3 different subdivisions of our organization and it cannot be done ourselves. So we are waiting for the backend to be modified, meanwhile our subscription is ticking.
I have done a lot of development but this is the least attractive interface and design of a cloud solution I have seen.
I feel sorry for them for buying a subscription before letting me evaluate potential CRM solutions for them.
