    Loving Sherweb ! their support is opened 24/24 so even if im living in australia i have have somebady to support me. Also , the archiving solution is wicked ! it help me a lot to stay compliant

    Great posts! There are though lots of vendors in exchange hosting and I have changed mine to egocentrix. The reason for choosing them they are outgrowth of a leading canadian IT services company(egomedia) and right now I am loving the excellent customer support.

    I can sleep with the assurance of 24 hours uptime and yes it’s so easy to set up, just takes few minutes and you are up!

    I’ve been using http://www.paypercloud.com/ for 2 years and it is great in terms of speed and customer support. It is a competent hosted exchange provider that offers quality service and competitive price. Should have included into the list! :)

    I had Mailstreet (Apptix) for 5 years until they decided to start charging a $20 extra a month for “premium support” that was required. This was 50% more than I was already paying for their services. I called and they said there was no way to remove this charge. I quickly changed to Office 365 which is 1/3 of the cost with way more storage, features and easier to manage.

    It’s important to also bear in mind support. We have just had our fingers burnt, and we have now switched supplier. Our design business doesn’t mind paying a little more for ‘human’ support. We’ve just switched to Hosted Exchange 247 (https://www.hostedexchange247.com) who are UK based and Supported. Important!
